TERMS & CONDITIONS

- A minimum of the service fee is required in order for items to be purchased by The Perfect Gift Au
- Once items have been purchased a final invoice will be forwarded. This must be paid within 7days.
-Items will not be shipped/delivered until full payment has been received.
- Service fee is final and will not be refunded in the event that you decide not to continue with The Perfect Gift Au service.
-We do not offer a refund on any gifts purchased through The Perfect Gift Au. If you need to exchange for a different size or colour, please contact theperfectgiftau@gmail.com
-We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery (“Delivery”) requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we can’t absolutely guarantee firm Delivery dates or times. 
-We may terminate a Contract if the product is not available for any reason.  We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
